Hello! We are Celeste & Philip, husband and wife team who love STR hosting, designing, and renovating! Parklin Interiors was created to help your property stand out from the crowd and maximize your bookings and revenue with short term rental design. We provide high end aesthetics while keeping the guest experience, sustainability and ROI at the forefront.
Our Approach
Our friends and family affectionately call us the Cabin Couple! We currently own 4 STR properties which we manage and have designed remotely. We have identified the unique challenges many STR owners face which are magnified when managed remotely. We have a knack for seeing pictures of a space or the rental listing and being able to pull together a unique design with many layers and textures to turn any property into a thoughtfully curated space for our clients and their guests. The only piece that stayed was the bed frame in this master bedroom modern rustic retreat. The quarter wall wood paneling over the evergreen fog accent wall, adds an elevated design aspect.
One of our favorite transformations. Dark accent wall and new lux bedding to create a romantic master bedroom. To save on budget, painted the existing accent furniture for a major update.
Went with a completely different look for this living room. Paint and trim work made a big impact while bringing in modern touches to tie it all together. The dining room and couch stayed to save on budget.
